I love cooking for friends. And I love the “Christmas with Beuf” supper, a traditional dinner I prepare every year since 2004, with some of my closest friends.
These Puff Pastry Rolls with Cheese and Ham are very tasty and very easy to make, which isn’t bad 😉
1 roll of puff pastry
100g boiled ham (slices)
100g cream cheese (but you can also use cheese slices)
Preparation (super easy!)
- Unroll the puff pastry,
- spread the cheese over the whole surface
- add the slices of ham
- roll it all up (as tight as you can)
- slice the roll (1 cm)
- place the sliced rolls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
- glaze with beaten egg
- bake at 180°C (static oven) for about 30 minutes
Let cool a few minutes before eating.
